Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.

Maintenance requests can be completed within the same day the request was made. There are some instances where a part needs to be ordered that could make a maintenance request take longer.

Yes! There is a stop for the TANK bus (Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky) in front of the leasing office. Our apartments are just two blocks from Newport on the Levee, where the TANK has a stop as well.

Yes! There is a 50lb weight limit for dogs as well as a no aggressive breed restriction. Residents are restricted to two pets and are only allowed one dog. There is a $150 refundable deposit and a $150 non-refundable deposit for pets. Residents must also pay $35 per pet per month as pet rent.

Monmouth Row does not offer subletting.

The Monmouth Row Apartment buildings are smoke-free.

Each apartment home must be insured with renters’ insurance.
