Monmouth Row is a great place to live! The management and maintenance ensure the community is clean and well maintained. They are very responsive and plan fun, community-building events and activities year round. Monmouth Row is in a perfect location. Very close to Downtown and Uptown with quick access to all the major highways. Walkable neighborhood with friendly people. Grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment are plentiful. I have lived at Monmouth Row since the complex opened 6 yrs ago. I love the location. This is a place where the resident manager (Rosie) makes sure the apartments are kept in tip top shape. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. The buildings are secure which was a big concern of mine. It’s also small enough with just 100 apartments to not be a loud and noisy place. I would definitely recommend this community.
