Monmouth Row is a great place to live! The management and maintenance ensure the community is clean and well maintained. They are very responsive and plan fun, community-building events and activities year round. Monmouth Row is in a perfect location. Very close to Downtown and Uptown with quick access to all the major highways. Walkable neighborhood with friendly people. Grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment are plentiful. You will love Monmouth Row and Newport!

I have lived at Monmouth Row since the complex opened 6 yrs ago. I love the location. This is a place where the resident manager (Rosie) makes sure the apartments are kept in tip top shape. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. The buildings are secure which was a big concern of mine. It’s also small enough with just 100 apartments to not be a loud and noisy place. I would definitely recommend this community.
